We offer exchanges on select items within 14 days after receiving your item. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value within the same product category. (E.g. Jewelry for jewelry, watches for watches) 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
